If you order a product that is fulfilled thru out supplier Printful, you will need to look towards their policies on shipping, fulfillments, returns, and shipping rates. Printful creates our product, fulfills our products, and ships our product directly to the customer.

Domestic Shipping Policy when item is NOT from our Supplier Printful

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email immediately. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for contiguous US orders totaling $120.00, after discounts and before taxes.

USPS Standard, USPS Priority, USPS Overnight *

Estimated delivery time
5-7 business days, 2 -3 business days, 1-2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Oly Concepts Apparel is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Oly Concepts Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also send us an email with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. At that time, Oly Concepts Apparel will use its discretion if they choose to replace the item FREE of charge to the customer.
